A Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) worker is dead after a stabbing attack at a Green Line stop on the city's Near West Side. ATU Local 308 president Pennie McCoach identified the victim as 41-year-old Julian Mobley, a rail maintenance janitor and 8-year union veteran.
