Welcome to Business Owners — introduce yourself and your business

This board is for the people running the shops, clinics, carinderias and services listed on Cebugle, and for anyone thinking of starting one.

Good things to post here:

• Permits and paperwork: the Mayor's permit, barangay clearance, BIR registration, and renewals that drag on
• Staff: hiring, payroll, and SSS and PhilHealth for employees
• Getting found: what actually brings customers in, online and off
• Suppliers and costs: who you buy from, and what you'd warn a newcomer about

Specific questions get specific answers, so say what city you're in and what kind of business you run.

A note on promotion: mention what you do when it answers the question. A post that is only an ad will be taken down.

To start us off: what's your business, where is it, and what's the one thing you wish someone had told you before you opened?
