Educational background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Behavioral Science, or another discipline relevant to the position.

Experience: Preferably with relevant experience in innovation, product management, business analysis, UX/UI or service design, prototyping, pilot projects, project implementation, business case development, stakeholder engagement, or improving digital products and customer experience.

Technical skills: Familiarity with data-visualization, prototyping, project-management, research or collaboration tools (Power BI, Figma, Jira or equivalent) is an advantage.
