Educational background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related course; preferably with graduate studies.

Trainings: Supervisory Skills Development I and II; Business of Banking; Credit Management; Risk Management; AMLA Rules and Regulations; Finance Market Analysis and Forecasting; Asset and Liability Management; Treasury Certification Program (Money Market and Foreign Exchange) or equivalent; SEC Certification Examination on Fixed Income Market Salesman (CEFIMS) or equivalent.

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / 2nd Level Eligibility.
