Educational background: Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related course; preferably with graduate studies.

Trainings: Oral Communication; Written Communication; Supervisory Skills Development I and II; Client Relationship Management; Basic Accounting; Financial Management; Corporate Finance; Basic Credit Management; Advance Credit Management; Business of Banking; Risk Management.

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / 2nd Level Eligibility or its equivalent.
